I went to see Big Brother and the Holding Company on July 3rd. I was too wiped out on July 4th to do anything. I won’t mention any names but it starts with Eh and ends with KO and screaming his bird brained head off at 5:30am no matter what time I went to bed.
Anyway, I have some photos left over from my story at CasinoGuide.com, and thought you’d like to see them, so here they are.
Even with Big Brother and the Holding Company playing on one stage and California Dreaming playing on the other stage, there was still room for Carl Ferris to play his sax! Of course, Carl’s crowd wasn’t as near as big as it usually is when he plays on Fremont St.
I don’t know for how long, but there is a 4th of July light show under the canopy. It plays right after the regularly scheduled light show. It is pretty cool!
